Once we receive your submission, your goods will undergo an authentication and condition inspection, J's Closet will carefully evaluate your item. Within 3 days, we'll send you a personalized quote, ensuring you get the best value for your product.
After you accept our quote, our specialist team will clean, revitalize and photograph your item. We'll handle all the marketing, professionally list your goods on our website and social media platforms, showcasing it to a global audience of luxury buyers.
When your item sells, you'll receive an email notification requesting your payment details. Payments will be processed within 15 working days of the sale giving you quick access to your earnings.

Once the quote is accepted, the consignment process moves forward. Please ensure you're committed to selling the item before accepting.
If your item does not sell within the agreed time frame, you can either choose to have the item returned to you or extend the listing period.
All consignments are entrusted to J’s Closet for 90 days
