If you are interested in reselling an item, please contact us directly for more information on how to proceed. We will assess whether the item can be listed for resale on our platform and will provide the necessary details for the process.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a resolution, such as a refund or replacement. Please note that any damages or discrepancies must be reported within this time frame for eligibility.
  4. Pricing and Product Descriptions
    All product descriptions and pricing are provided to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not accept returns based on minor imperfections or changes in the buyer’s preferences. Please thoroughly inspect product details, including photos, before completing your purchase.
  5. Refunds
    As we do not accept returns, we do not offer refunds unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. If a refund is granted due to an error on our part, it will be processed through the original method of payment and may take several business days to reflect in your account.
  6. Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must resell the item through our reselling program and purchase another item separately.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. J’s Closet is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
